#Make Otto put his gun away during animations (and also fix his gun breaking catch animations)

Otto's animations are very nice and give him a lot of character, but the main issue is that most of the time in-game when he performs them, he has his gun out, making the animation look weird or barely noticeable due to it becoming only his face that moves,
I think it'd be a lot better if you made it so that before he performs an animation (such as the BeckonPlayer or PlayerLeftResidence ones), he puts his gun away so you can actually see and understand what's going on in it better.
I've attached videos comparing the full animation to how it is seen in-game 99.9% of the time by the Player and you can see just how much of the animation is left out because of Otto refusing to put away his gun for a while.
