In current SN we only have keycard doors and gates to really block off players, however I think we need a bit of a refresher by adding new obstacles with potential rewards.

1st up, Crowbar.
I think everyone thought of the crowbar returning. Why not just add it? The crowbar can be used to unbarricade windows and doors to get into secret rooms. Perhaps doors can be randomly blocked and certain windows can be too, requiring crowbars to get past it. Neighbor and certain classes can get the boards down quicker than others (but not too major, it's just a extra bonus for playing classes)

2nd up, the wrench
Ladders could be a strong addition to the game and allow new ways for players to get around, but how do we stop players from instantly getting to them? Simple! Re add the cage lock from HN1 and make it so people need the wrench to unscrew the bolt. (there's also drop down ladders that kids can kick down as a alternative.)

3nd up, Lovesh- i mean shovel
Probably more for events, but perhaps the shovel could be used to dig up holes and unearth mounds to get secrets items or perhaps keys...maybe a tunnel NeighborWink

4th and last up, Gadgets
No, not like the inventor's gadgets. Think the part for Windmill that was used in the old Mayak event. Kids can repair generators and other electronic devices to open up gates and perhaps get the power back on in the house.
