Crash Issue

After the update on consoles, when I picked up the key from the safe at Ottos for the Library Musuem Key, my game crashed and my save was COMPLETELY gone, and I had to restart.

I’m on Xbox One, and after it reset my Progress I got mad and just logged off, so I don’t know, but I’m planning to try to play again today.
