looks like after reinstalling the game, the loading issue got fixed, but now two things happen

HN has amnesia and it keeps restarting the game from the beginning, despite I was already making progress (act 1 basement)
game simply crashes when you go offline(no internet), is it on purpose?

ipad 2021 and it's the original HN for IOS, newest version of the game.
