I have but it is never ther on the copter is there not the remort!

Hi! Please try the following and let us know if it works.
From the Home screen, highlight Hello Neighbor 2 > press the Options button > Manage Game Content > Delete the Hello-copter DLC.
Then immediately reinstall it, and after you do so, run the game and check at Quentin's office.
