- Return the mechanics when a player falls from a great height and an object falls out of his hands, but the object is only the one in his hands, since Quentin has a bag. This will motivate the player to play more carefully. The mechanic was first introduced in Hello Neighbor 2 Alpha 1.
- It is also worth returning the mechanics. When a player falls from a super high height, he ends up in the hospital, i.e. a cutscene is played. This will also allow players to be more careful not to waste time watching the cutscene. This mechanic was introduced in Hello Guest: Hello Neighbor 2 Pre-alpha.
#Bring back those post-fall mechanics!

ive said this to but people are to lazy to pick up one item
a couple who are lazy: datdoggerboi gamerboykoby and KrispyNotKris
these people are to lazy to pick up one item
I feel like even if they added this back they wouldn’t fix the bug where items fall through the ground when you drop them
I don't really understand these people because hello neighbor was never a casual game. These two mechanics will really complicate the life of the players, but this is not a minus. And at the expense of falling from a very high height, this is generally a strange mechanic at the moment, because the player simply teleports to the house that is closest. And people who want simple games, let them go play casual games! In general, I think that it is worth returning a longer animation of scrap and opening windows.
this idea is good why do people think its bad
pls elaborate
cause the people who dont like this idea given given a reason other then "me lazy i cant pick up one item"
Ikr some people just type: no, bad idea
Or something lazy like that
I don’t know how to explain this to people, but I think that they should return these two features for at least one update, and if this greatly interferes with the players, simply remove or turn these features on or off in the settings.
why are you making fun of people who dislike your idea
that's just gonna make them dislike your idea even more
Not making fun of you, just mentioning.
Could’ve said it without bringing up names
well i at least need a point but im done with this thumbs down thing you either like or dont no more comments mabey that will fix it
It is honestly just annoying to have to find your items in the grass or inbetween furniture (especially since some of them bounce Like, a lot) and i feel Like punishing the player for falling by making them annoyed about not being able to find their key Item they need to finish the game and wasting time is just not needed.
well you can put away the item
all you need is like 5 braincells and your problems fixed
but then like whats the point of it?
so it punishes people for holding items like what??
im gonna be honest and not back away from your question i dont know
it could teach players to watch there steps but thats all i can come up with
If there was ever a hard mode in the game this could work but in basic gameplay I could see how it would be annoying. I don’t hate the idea or like it
Makes the game realistic, and makes suspense way higher, literally all you have to do is after taking fall damage stare down at the item and pick it up, which takes like 1 second, also your items won’t be on the ground where you died if you took level 2 fall damage.
Great point but HN and realistic doesn’t go together
Doesn’t matter it’s a good mechanic
Still annoying...
It could
One of the main things in hello neighbor 2 is to be more realistic and accurate than the first game.
Exactly. People really like to destroy good ideas.
ive been taking a more these people have different opinions approach so i could see why this mechanic is annoying but i think its good
I’m not hating the idea just saying that HN isn’t realistic at all. It’s always been unrealistic and abstract or dream like
But I don’t remember anywhere of them saying it’s supposed to be more realistic
im saying the looks of it and like a better concept.
but then they got rid of the artstyle
which is fine but i thought that was a big part of the game because if they wanted to add the models they made before, then they would have to redo a lot of the models to have a more modern look.
ok
But why do people hate it?
