now that all the main Neighbors have unique jump scares I think that the DLC Neighbors should also get new jump scares.
Maybe the Librarian could pull Quentin by his press pass and wave her finger at him whilst looking disappointed. The Janitor could even do something like pick Quentin up and shaking him out of anger.
As for Table and Closet animations, The Janitor could do something like Gerda does with her closet animation, swinging the locker door open and lifting Quentin out of it. The Librarian could grab Quentin from under the table and pin him to the floor, shaking her head at him.
