I think it would be cool if you guys can put an additional cutscene for the attic, because the reverse code may confuse people at first because maybe they didn't know they had to check the side of the code lock combination. I think it would be cool if after the Neighbor locks us up it will show a cutscene of the red outline on the other side. I didn't even know that I had to check the other side of the combination lock until now.

I don't think it needs a cutscenes for someone to solve it. It's just common sense. I mean it did take me a second to figure it out, but then I realized that the code would go on the outside of the cage. I didn't know you could check the other side of the door until I saw on YouTube. I just put the code on my side and then kept turning the numbers until the code was on the other side.
