Saw this game on gamepass and decided to give it a try. I read the books and enjoyed those. I loved hide and seek and the first game was decent enough. I was not ready for the pain i was about to endure.

The game kept freezing at points, Other times it would just not function right and game elements just wouldn't work. Then one day I made the mistake of going out to lunch with friends. When I came back I loaded this game up with the mind set of beating it and never playing it again but there was an issue.

The first option was new game."Where did my continue go!?" I yelled at my tv as about 2 hours of game play was flushed down the pooper. i love games that delete save files when they feel like it. this was a pile of shit so bad i joined this discord for the soul purpose of leaving this review. if your reading this because your not sure if you want this game or whatever don't. if your getting it for free then only use it as a sick joke on a friend if your that kind of person.

I am more then willing to give games with bugs seconded chances because I have tried game making before and understand it's a nightmare, but when its deleting my saves that's when i draw the line. Probably wont be reinstalling this game any time soon.

I may give it a try on pc just to see but when I think of video games I think of a controller, a disc and console that doesn't kill itself looking at you 360. so I don't usually game with pc unless A the game is only on PC and I really wanna play it or B the PC version is the best one which in this case it seems to be the ladder.

that is a fair point. it took me hours to finish act 1 but i do remember each solution so it wont take me long. that's the part with the cop guy

you can literally save all the codes in the game and use them the next time you play lol but I think the current codes are good

Speaking of HN Books, the main writer is VERY respected in the community. Carly has done the impossible. Sad that she didn't become one of the main writers, but she has other work to do, which is understandable.
