Hello Neighbor: Diaries constantly crashes on iOS and major lag.

I’m on the most recent update, on the third mission with the crowbar and after getting the green key it crashes. Not instantly, but a little bit after. It varies when but from both the times I’ve tried, it’s crashed. It also crashed occasionally on the second mission. It also has major lag spikes every so often making it almost unplayable. I’m on iPad 6th gen and on the most recent iOS update.

Hi, and thank you for writing in. Unfortunately, the iPad 6th gen is below the minimum device requirements.

While we always try to make our games compatible with as many mobile devices as possible, it may sometimes not be feasible to do so due to hardware and/or software limitations.

Hi and thanks for telling. I’m not sure I understand the supported iPad. Do you need an iPad Pro to play or are other models like iPad Air supported? And what generation is the minimum?

Unfortunately, what the iPad 6 lacks in order to run it is RAM (2GB while the minimum is 3GB).
