This guy may not look important but he was a character in one of the HN books, he was character in the books who'd walk his dog. It would be cool if you guys can make him walk around town and maybe he would tip his hat to you if you see him or walk past him. Maybe he could work as a side quest character.
He was also seen in HN diaries as well, his name is Mr. Quinn
