Add SBMM

Add skillbased mapmaking. I know that it'll be hard, but every game you enter that isn't with your friends is impossible to win for neighbors. It's filled with sweats, and it isn't fun anymore.

Sweats are annoying but they are really the only people who play this game anymore unless its a few days after a update or something and when its a while after a update the game drops to 20-80 players so it cant really work

sbmm needs to have option and divide into two servers and not one whole server so people who did not select sbmm will get put in a different server

bc i think quick games use servers

or something like custom game
