Achievement Name-Achievement Description-What you have to do to get it

Relaxed Bath- Take a nice relaxing bath!- Get inside a bathtub, then turn it on.
Not the cat!- You monster!- Throw something at Imbir.
Very Kind Neighbor - Throw a trash bag at every citizen of Raven Brooks.- yeah just do that lol
Self Hatred- Hey! That's me!- Throw a rock at the mirror in Quentin's Office.
Arrested!- Get caught by the Policeman 10 times. - Get caught by Keith.
Baked!- Get caught by the baker 10 times- Get caught by Gerda.
Taxidermied!- Get caught by the taxidermist 10 times.- Get caught by Otto.
Just like the old days.- Get caught by the Neighbor 10 times.- Get caught by Mr. Peterson.
How much will it bounce?- Have some fun at the lake.- Throw a rock in the lake.
Creep!- Don't be such a weirdo!- Watch any of the AIs take a bath.

Brand new Ingredient!- Spy on the baker with the Hello-Copter.-yeah.
Kid, I ain't got time for toys!- Spy on the mayor with the Hello-Copter.-yeah.
New Toys, Old friends.- Spy on the neighbor with the Hello-Copter.

Who's a good boy? - Yes you are!- Play with Gunter.

Graduated- Complete Back To School.-yeah
Next Icpsaso- Paint a picture! - Paint a smily face with the spray paint.
Pretty Sky- Look at all the constellations- Look at all the constellations in the observatory

I agree, most of them are progression related, some silly and simple ones would be fun, but maybe not too much, i would say the "being caught" ones would not be a good addition, but that's just my opinion, great job overall on the suggestions.

They should add a mechanic where the taxidermist's gun can break windows. Then they can add an achievement where you trick him into destroying a window.

Btw, as a final suggestion to your suggestion, i would try to fit all the achievements ideas into the original post to make it easier for them to see and to ensure they see everything since this is a great list of suggestions.
