But consoles didnt got any of the patches. Not even patch 1
Are you sure youre on Patch 3?
I have PS4 too but it doesnt have any of the patches too

They mean that they have 3 patches, it's not the actual patches PC got, just ones that fix DLC entitlements and crashes
