For the sake of proper ordering, I will be compiling the list after posting this.

Strange geometry clippings outside.

#

Lighting goes through a fair amount of props; some don't receive lighting at all, such as the window frames and the carpet at the front entrance. As well as the shadows being too dark, whether RTX is on or off.

The water in the fountain appears black and can have footprints placed on top when jumping in.

#

Certain moving objects, like this machine, shimmer violently when RTX reflections are enabled. RTX reflections can also cause sections of the shiny surfaces outside to appear even shinier than the rest of the surrounding area.

The back entrance door has missing geometry.

I can't tell if this is a shadow or water, but either way it don't look right.

It's floating water, I just checked.

Also floating grass.

This spot turns pitch black when under a shadow.

Extreme z-fighting on the chandelier rope.

This spot on the roof near the ladder also has missing geometry.

Also, that ladder doesn't seem to work properly. Instead of initiating a climb, you just zoom up the ladder really fast.

There's some invisible geometry upstairs in this general area.

Quentin doesn't hold the valve correctly.

#

Upon getting caught, the valve will respawn where the chandelier used to be instead of where it currently is.

#

Hugging against the center of the chandelier will break the physics and cause it to rise.

#

The east-side wall has some iffy collision.
