I think it was in the game in early alphas but they removed it and yeah i agree I like this suggestion

It would probably be linked to your steam account

So people who are friends on steam will have like a friend tag or something when they are in game

And a way to friend people in game and they will then be friends with your steam account

Idk but that's how I see it might work

this would be kinda useless considering you can just friend them from your device's software, but ever since you usually get to play with people who dont use the same type of device as yours, this is a fine idea on that side.

this should be on mobile and probably pc because consoles you can just get gamer card
