Have vandals walking around town and pull pranks, maybe they could hide in bushes and when the player gets close to the bush they will jump out scaring them, they could kick trash cans, and maybe pick up trash bags and throw it at houses, AIs and the Player, if they throw it at an AI the AI will chase them and the vandals would run away, same with the player but even if they didn’t throw trash at the player they will do there little “hOo” sound and run away, they could walk around town in the streets and little areas.
