User Gred made something like this but wasn’t really detailed so here’s a bit more detailed version:

Weather in Story mode:

Have it so that in the Intro cutscene a massive storm is going, and also going during the barn tutorial and 2nd cutscene.

Day 1. Have there be nothing bad, and the weather is completely fine.

Night 1. Have fog around the map but nothing crazy.

Day 2. Have there be some light rain going on and a sunny sky.

Night 2. Have there still be that light rain, but have the fog return.

Day 3. Have there be medium rain, light fog and wind going.

Night 3. Have there be medium rain, crazy fog, a bit crazy wind and a bit of thunder going.

Day 4. Have there be some crazy rain, a bit of thunder, some medium fog, and crazy wind.

Night 4. Have there be crazy rain, crazy fog, crazy wind and medium thunder with some lightning.

Boss fight. Have there be absolute crazy rain, wind, thunder and lightning but they are purple colored, an absolute storm.

Free roam: have at random times different weather would go

Here’s a list:

Extra: Rain and Wind can be separate.

  1. Light storms, a little bit of rain, fog, wind but no thunder or lightning.
  2. Normal storm, medium amount of rain, wind, fog and a bit of thunder and rain.
  3. Crazy Storm, a crazy amount of rain, fog and wind but a medium amount of thunder and lightning.
  4. Mayak Storm, insane amount of, rain, fog, wind and thunder and lightning but the tint of the lightning and thunder is purple.

Normal Thunder and lightning: Teal blue.

Mayak Thunder and lightning:
Purple and dark tone.

It does have a weather system in the files (maybe)
And there was rain in on of the leaks/teasers

Thing about that though, is in the game it’s supposed to always be Autumn since that’s when it takes place, so things like snowing wouldn’t kinda make sense, also that would be a lot of work to add, but general things like Rain or Storms work fine, and would make sense since Raven Brooks is filled with Storms every once in a while, still though I like the thought.

the devs might add it but in one of the major patches later along the line becuase you have a point

Day 4 won't work becuase then i would be unrealistic for the mayor's dog to wander outside in these weather condisions

Also they were planning on making it rain during that part of the game

And it would be fine to just have skipper in a rain suit or smth
