There is literally, it shows in the museum, that they are part of the cult, and have evidence locked in the rooms of the museum.
For the mayor, yeah, but there's no evidence for anyone else. It still doesn't explain why they have the neighbor's keys except for the mayor since his key is for the room with the giant cult statue.
Literally does: after Night 1, when you start Day 2, on the CCTV it shows Officer Nielson giving the Baker the key to the entrance of the museum, in Day 3 it shows you on the CCTV of Otto burying another key in a safe, in Day 4 it shows the Mayor hiding a key in his secret room.
But why do they want to hide the keys
