Constant crashing.

Ever since patch 5 came out, I've been experiencing crashes, but when the hotfix came, it got even worse.
Please help.

Thank you for the information provided. Could you also please include the files found under files under C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\HelloNeighbor2\Saved?

Here are a few things to do prior to sharing your file:

• Update your GPU drivers and game, and make sure there are no pending Windows updates;
• Verify the integrity of the game files;
• Turn off DLSS & RTX in case they're on;
• Do not run the game using -dx11, as we cannot guarantee that it will perform as intended.

How do I do that?

I removed -dx11 from the launch options, it fixed the crashing, but the game performs terribly.
