On Xbox and I’m sure other consoles you have to manually open your inventory every time. Currently when pressing down on the D-pad it holsters your item as well as pulling it out. The left and right have no purpose so here’s my suggestion please allow switching through items by just using the left and right D-pad instead of having to open the inventory every time. There are times when it’s inefficient to open my inventory when it could’ve been much easier and faster to just use the D-pad similar to the first game.

I agree but keep in mind this came in Patch 3 so we will have to wait till then, but I do agree with the D-Pad idea it would work really well.
