Dynamic Title Screen

I would absolutely LOVE a Dynamic Title Screen. What I mean by that, is, depending on the Chapter you're currently on, the music as well as the background would change to whatever location you're at. (Maybe even make the backgrounds a 3d looping video?)

maybe the intro could be something like this where it shows the hello neighbor logo and then the 2 shows up
