Make the AI's do more tasks in the freeplay

AI's do almost nothing in the freeplay. Make them do more tasks so they can look like actual people doing things

the baker goes from the fire and the the counter to let players sneak by her

I think they need to add tons of new tasks for the game and make it so they do tasks in free roam
