Being able to buy entire skin sets as paid DLC

I think since some of the skins either won't be coming back or rarely ever come back there should be an option to buy entire skin collections/sets as paid dlc, it would be get rid of the long wait time for your favorite skin or a skin to complete the collection, you could also buy the skin directly in the shop for real world money.
