When I take fall damage my character can not move anymore.

Hi, thank you for letting us know of this. Do you mean you're unable to move at all, or it takes a few seconds before the character moves?

unable to move at all, I have to crouch in order to move again

It is only from high height though.

Well my case is after slight fall damage and you climb up, you will have to wait 3 seconds until you can move

This doesn’t seem to happen on consoles, might be a patch bug.
