Otto's Shotgun

I think Otto's Shotgun should be able to slow you down and that he should actually be able to shoot you like in the beta. Getting shot would also temporary disable your ability to jump/climb. I don't know if not getting shot by the gun is a bug or not. I'm assuming it is. This one is kind of a suggestion and a bug report at the same time. Mostly a suggestion.

They made it so your screen gets blurry when shot

Well, I still think it should slow you down and temporarily disable jumping and vaulting. It would make up for how slow he is and how much he freezes. I feel like he freezes more than any other of the npcs.

wym? On my save every single time I get shot I freeze for a few seconds. Oh you guys are probably on console, they've added the bullets freezing you onto pc

They did in patch 3 and yeah I’m in console but in patch 1 they made it so they blur your screen
