I was playing the game and was using the cameras, and accidentally used the scroll wheel while the monitor pull up anim happened causing the monitor to become unusable, essentially softlocking the game

Hi, did you try loading your last save game?

you cant it bugs the ui out, makes it invisible and you cannot interact. so you have to alt f4 the game, but you can load the last save on reload.
