Hello, we received as a gift "hello neighbor 2" on ps4. It says on the box: PS5 upgrade available.
By inserting the ps4 disc on the ps5, no free update... is this normal?

I've never tried those free upgrades but I don't think the PS5 upgrades work like that. Try using it on the PS4 and then going to the Playstation Store on the PS5 and digitally downloading it there?
