One of the chapters should be visiting the amusement park to see why Mr Peterson likes to visit it.
And also the crow man and Mr Peterson should have more encounters. For example at the Amusement park the crow could would try to grab you through a window or hole as a jumpscare then thats when he starts to stalk you through out the game being a menacing threat. Mr Peterson should also have more scenes outside of the amusement park where you visiting an area he happens to be in and he starts chasing down corridors and you barely escape him. These more encounters would be potentially make the game scarier and have jumpscares.
