The cat book is supposed to be up on the roof in the planter box but it's not there. I tried starting a new game but its still not showing up for me.

For me it was moved to behind a shed that is close to the planters in either Patch 2 or Patch 3. I don't know why it was moved but if it was moved for me maybe it was for you and you simply didn't see it?

Unfortunately it wasn't there for me. Very frustrating, Hopefully this get fixed
