The latest patch was released yesterday, and while it did significantly improve the game, there are a few bugs (one of them is new), which fell through the cracks. And while there certainly are more of them, I'm only going to mention the following ones:
#A short list of Bugs I've encountered in Patch #3.

Bug #1 (new) - The interior (including baggage compartment) of Mr. Peterson's car is missing textures.
Bug #2 (pre-existing) - The signboard for the museum is partially floating in the air.

Bug #3 (pre-existing) - If the game crashes while the security camera is being used, it (sometimes) won't respawn in its crate unless you start over.
Nevertheless, I am very happy with the update and very excited for future improvements, because this game does have the potential to become something great.

Bug #4 (new) The janitor in the school dlc doesn't spawn anymore, making it impossible to get one of the key and so breaking the whole DLC

Here are few more additional bugs I found while playing through Patch #3:
Bug #5 (new) - Both attic windows at the Mayor's mansion have glitched shutters, which aren't properly connected to their hinges.
Bug #6 (pre-existing) - Nicky's toy train is missing its driving wheels.
Bug #7 (new) - One of the interior walls of Quentin's surveillance room is clipping though the exterior wall.
Bug #8 (new) - The fence near the News Station is floating slightly above the ground.
Bug #9 (pre-existing) - The utility pole behind the Bakery is floating slightly above the ground.
Bug #10 (new?) - Two cables aren't properly connected the utility pole on Otto's property.
Bug #11 (new?) - One of the crates in Otto's attic is floating.
Bug #12 (new) - After opening the stairs to the Museum's attic, they remained down and only close in the exploration mode.
Bug #13 (pre-existing) - During the boss fight, when you extinguish the fire in the fireplace, its glow is still present.
Bug #14 (pre-existing) - After you attach the crow ornament to the hood of Mr. Peterson's car, it will float in mid-air in the exploration mode (in varying positions).

I've checked out the latest hotfix. Thanks for fixing some of the aforementioned bugs. And while not all of them are fixed, I'm fairly certain most of them will be in the next patch.

There's also another bug I've found yesterday in the Back to School DLC; the desk lamp in the former principal's office has missing textures.
