I bought the game and everything in the full game works. Main game works, dlc maps work and Hello-Copter works. Since I got the deluxe edition I also got the playtest. That never starts when pressing new game. Not after resetting progress in the playtest and in the full game. Doesn't even start after waiting 15 minutes on the first loading screen. Anyway to get it to work since y'know I payed for it.

Hi! We are aware of an issue where the Beta and Demo share save files with the main game.
While we're working on a fix, the easiest way to start those versions should be by resetting the game's progress from their main menus.
As this will reset the progress on your main game, we strongly advise backing up your SaveGames folder which can be found under C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\HelloNeighbor2\Saved.
Nevertheless, as you mentioned that it won't work for you despite resetting the progress, could you please provide us with a video of the incident, so we can investigate it further?
