HN2 PC Lag - How do I Fix it? PC

Hello, I need to fix this lag on hello neighbor 2, and I was wondering if there is anything suggestions. So every time I play hello neighbor 2 on Pc, it lags whenever I hop over something, or just whenever one of the neighbors sees me and chases me. Don’t tell me “Just get a better PC”, No, I have a very good running gaming PC with lots of storage, I got it last Christmas. I play Fortnite on it - No lag. Roblox - No Lag. Bendy and TDR - No lag. And hello neighbor 2? Yup. Lots of lag. If anyone knows any helpful tips please share it with me, thanks.
