Car Handle Disappeared, Won't Respawn

I picked up the car handle in the second night but didn't know what to use it for. I am on the last act and cannot find it anywhere and it won't respawn. Anyone know a fix?

I had that problem too, only way is either to find it (which is nearly impossible, considering it's so small), or just restart the game

But no worries, once you know how to finish the first days and nights you shouldn't have a problem with them
