I’m not sure if this is common knowledge, but the Switch version of HN2 is not the same game as the PC and other versions. Puzzles are different, sometimes completely omitted, and the game overall has less substance as a result.

Example: During Day 1, there are no scissors and as a result, no upstairs portion in the first house at all. This removes a rather large part of the first day.

I paid the same price as the other versions. Why do Switch players get less of an experience? Hardware limitations is not a reasonable excuse granted the Switch can run plenty of other games just fine (Skyrim, Witcher, Doom, etc)

the switch is a older build it skipped a lot of stuff removed a ton of content all versions of hn2 have

mostly cutscenes and puzzles so the switch is very easy and quick to beat I guess
