as its possibly a similar issue with other consoles it normally happens when you get the key from the mayors house after getting the ships wheel

Is there still no patch for PS5? I've tried playing 3 times and this happened all 3 times at different points. I tried to back up my save file to the cloud and overwrite it and it still wont show up.
