special skins effect

Add special effects for some skins which would diversify the game for example: some space skins glow in the dark which is a special effect but maybe more skins should have special effects like: special emote voice, different appearance of skills etc. Such skins would cost more tickets than those without effects

but we alr have some glow skins, thats the halloween ones, but in my opinion the neighbor can see you from more far distance bc ur glowing
