Comb - Mr. Peterson walks to a mirror to comb his mustache, The Janitor, Nielsen and Mr. Otto also do this.
Coffee Break - Mr. Peterson will sit on the sofa, maybe as a break from watching TV, he will drink from a familiar looking mug. Probably drinking coffee, explains the eyebags.

Rest - Nielsen will go into the passenger seat of the police car to rest. Just don't activate the siren.
Caution Tape - Nielsen will place police tape around the house, both as a way to make sure no one touches the evidence and to make sure Quentin doesn't trespass.
-- Gerda --
Clipping the Bush - Gerda will make the bushes on her balcony look perfect with some gardening shears, the Mayor will also do this.
-- Mr. Otto --
Dusting - Mr. Otto will grab a feather duster to get dust off of his taxidermy work, something might happen if he does this too much.
Failed Woodwork - If you mess up Mr. Otto when he's trying to carve into wood, he will throw the messed up work away.

Playing with Skipper - The Mayor will go outside to play with Skipper, probably giving him a treat as well.

To the Flag - He does the Pledge thing that most middle schools in America do.
