Once I had beaten the game on Steam, sat through the credits and unlocked free exploration. I began waiting for it to load the free roam but at a certain point the loading screen froze and I couldn't get into the game no matter how long I waited. I attempted to restart the game however whenever I select continue it begins loading and gets stuck again. This isn't a requirements issue as I was running the game on maximum graphics with zero lag while playing through the story.
