On Xbox for some reason sometimes the game completely deletes my progress, and have to start a new game. This is the third Time that I have to start the game over again and I have only started playing the game a few days ago. I'm not the kind of a whining guy, but this is basically unplayable.

For us to look into this better, could you please provide us with more details? For example, which exact Xbox console are you playing the game on, and what part of the game this seems to happen?

Hi, I play the game on an Xbox Series S and sometimes on my phone via Xcloud. When I exit the game and go back to the main menu, there is no continue button, but the new game button comes back instead and when I click it, the game starts from the beginning. My guess is, it has to do something with the datatransfer between my console and the cloud because the problem only occured when I played my game on cloud and after that on console. In the past two days I only played on console and it works fine so far.
