EU4-HelloNeighbor2 Crashing

I downloaded Hello Neighbor 2 on Xbox Gamepass for pc after playing the demo on Steam because I enjoyed it. After downloading the game, the game launches perfectly fine, I'm able to go to settings, and just sit in the menu but, it's when I hit play, my game loads for 5 seconds on the loading screen that looks like a driving car, and after 5 seconds my game just crashes and an error message pops up that says, "The UE4-HelloNeighbor2 Game has crashed and will close" and below that it says "Fatal error!" Of course this had me confused so I took it to Microsoft support and they couldn't help me :( I've tried many things that involved uninstalling windows updates, typing commands in the cmd promt, and even uninstalled and reinstalled or repaired the game. I just wanna know how to fix.
