In-game settings (Consoles)

In my opinion I think their should be an option to change the graphics on consoles. Because
the game on consoles is not good enough on monitors that only support 60 frames per second. So there have to be an option to change the graphics settings like disabling the motion bluer and ray tracing to boost the performance. And I hope to see the game runs at the best performance in the next updates.

Motion blur should definitely be able to be disabled
