Hi! Those are the issues that we are already aware of and working on addressing/improving. Please always make sure that your game is on the latest possible patch.

  • Items glitching/disappearing - To fix that, load your last saved game; it should restore the item to its original place or your inventory
  • Cash register key (cat) disappearing - load your last saved game and see if this fixes it; if you’re still unable to find it, please reset the game progress from Settings or wait for a patch
  • The fish head does not respawn - our team is trying to fix it as soon as possible. Until then, the only fast way to continue would be to reset your progress. Before doing so, please make sure that it has not been restored to its original place
  • (Xbox) Crashes on Night 4 in the attic/loft of the museum; Fixed - please update your game
  • (Xbox) No DLC code in the the Deluxe Edition (disk version) - please get in touch with Gearbox at https://bit.ly/GearboxSupport
  • (PS4) DLCs have a slow loading time (10-20”)
  • (PC) Game crashes - please ensure that your PC meets the minimum requirements and that your Windows and GPU drivers are fully updated. If that doesn’t fix it, then follow the instructions here https://bit.ly/HN2bugs
  • (Switch) Difference in content compared to other platforms - Rest assured that our team is doing its best to have similar game content on all platforms as soon as possible
  • A.I. issues/NPCs getting stuck
  • Hello-copter/drone issues

DLC keeps crashing for my wife everytime she is about to complete it, specifically the back to school one.

You made the ai for the first area, to hard. And plus, you made it so that you can accidentally bring him in the house, I don’t wAnna reset 😦

This has been fixed in the steam version of the game

Xbox and playstation havent received the same update as playstation yet for some reason so we will have to wait

I have the deluxe edition but it says I still have to pay for the dcls

I played the back to school dlc (I play on ps4) and every 5 minutes the game goes to 0.1 fps, then after 2 minutes or something it goes to 60 fps. The game is locked at 15-20 the whole time but it can be increased. Tinybuild, why don’t you just enable 60 fps for console players?
Also please fix the dlc back to school, it lags every 5 minutes.
The ai from late fees is the worst by the way. She just flips a coin.
Should I attack or should I not attack?
Pls fix this

I'm stuck at the point where you are supposed to have grabbed the key from the bakery and gone to the mansion however the key is not in the drawer and it's daytime and the mansion acts like it's not unlocked yet. I love this game but it's really frustrating to play (though that is part of the fun) and I am not excited that the fix for this issue seems to be to reset my progress.

Oh also (sorry for rambling) I think saving is broken as well in my game. When I load in I spawn by the river and broken bridge and even though I see the save icon of occasionally when I load my last save I spawn back at that point every time.

And to keep the saga going. RESETTING MY PROGRESS DOESN'T FIX IT

I went to the menu and reset my progress and the exact same save loaded. Which basically just tells me that the save state is so corrupted can't even be reverted to the starting state.

You guys really need to fix this because that means my game is legitimately soft locked I can't even reset my progress and start over It's legitimately soft locked.
