I thought of a new neighbor, it could be called the hunter, the cheater or the tracker
The neighbor could put a fake key which does not work to open locks and that if a child grabs it, the child can see it as if it were a radar but only on the child who carries the key.
Another skill that I would have would be
that you can activate a super ear and that you can see where each sound comes from, like a mode for the deaf, and that the children hear a sound that alerts them if the ability is activated and that you can avoid listening to you by crouching, the ability would last a few 15 seconds activated.
And the last one could be that the neighbor can put a rope tied from one end to the other on the doors, and that if a child steps on it, the child loses half of his life and starts to go slow for about 7 or 8 seconds.
