Snow (Uncommon; Freezing temperatures cause players to move slower and eventually take damage if they are outside for too long. All players can pick up snowballs and either build snowman, or attack other players.)
Stormy (Rare; The stormy weather causes a lot of disruptions. No power means no lights, and all the electrical devices/platforms will malfunction throughout the match.)

I don't think tge stormy weather should completely cut out power, maybe it cuts out power for like 1 minutes each time the power goes out, and then they come back on. Also this would have a 50% chance of cutting the power everything it lightning flashed
