Fish head completely missing glitch

#1047329742577209354The first time u enter the museum, I got the fish head, but I didn't put it on the rest of its body, I continued with the story as it's in my inventory, I accidently dropped it and it was gone. I tried loading the last save, I tried going to its original spot, It wasn't there. it's completely missing, I had to restart the game. not cool-_-.

I had the same issue but I set it down on the bench infront of the museum early in the game and now it’s the last piece and it’s gone
