If a kid hidding in the closet or stand holding Ctrl while the Neighbor is using those skills then he cannot detect the kid.

Idk but I used to found a kid hidding in the closet with crow senses. I don't know if that kid were using the key hole or I can find them even if they standing and I got caught once while I hiding still in the corner lol.
