hey man, got the same issue.
There is a pinned message listing all the bugs the developers will be trying to fix, including your issue. The only thing you can do is either try to go back to your last saved data, or if that doesn't work you'll have to delete your save data and start over. IF you really wanted to though you can just wait for the developers to patch it
