issues with the grappling hook on the camera drone and items disappearing

Issues with the Xbox series x version
I'm having an issue with the camera drone the action button and the button to use items is the same so whenever you go to use the grappling hook it exits out of the drone and fires the grappling hook.
Also having a problem with items disappearing if accidentally thrown near a wall I don't know if there's a way to fix any of those at the moment but just be aware that this is going on it's kind of making certain areas impossible to finish.
Set to the fact that the item has gone and you have to restart from the beginning completely to get it back
