Was playing and got to act 4. Found the child and got the cutscene and as soon as the Neighbor threw me into the cage my game crashed. Upon restarting all my progress was gone and I only had the option to start a new game.
Was playing on the Xbox Series S, had the game through the Xbox Game Pass.

Same, reposting from my mistaken feedback thread. Hey team. Playing on Xbox Series X, and I just completed act 4. Spoilers………………………………
I opened the cage, started walking out with the son, got chokeheld by Mr Neighbor, then the game force quit. I relaunched the game to find that my only option is to start a new game. Hours of progress wasted. Any insight would be great.
